KSCU replies to union with 72 hr Lockout Notice

Shortly after the Union issued its Strike notice the employer has in turn issued a 72 hr Lockout Notice.  Meaning that a work stoppage could be initiated by either party as soon as Friday Oct 21st. The updated full bulletin is below.
