The merger process has finally been completed and USW Local 9705 no longer exists as it’s own separate entity.
The Office and Technical Workers at Teck Trail operations are now members of USW Local 480, all other former Local 9705 worker at Red Resorts, KSCU, KIS, KC Recycling, Sandman Hotel, and Waneta Plaza are now members of USW Local 1-405.
